Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: 20 October 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of www.mumugoods.com and any purchase you make from Migitec Ltd, trading as Mumu Goods ("Mumu Goods", "we", "us", "our"). By using our website, creating an account or placing an order, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not place an order.

You can contact us at [email protected] or on WhatsApp at +44 7308 552343.

2. Other Policies

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy, and any product-specific or promotional terms shown on our website. If product-specific terms apply, they take precedence for that product. Nothing in these Terms affects your mandatory consumer rights.

3. Eligibility

To order from us, you must be able to enter into a legally binding contract, provide accurate information, use a payment method you are authorised to use and comply with applicable laws. If you are under 18, you may only order with the involvement of a parent or guardian. We may refuse service or cancel orders where false information, fraud, misuse, a breach of these Terms or illegal activity is involved.

4. Customer Accounts

You may be able to check out as a guest or create an account. You must keep your account details accurate and your password confidential, and tell us promptly about any suspicious activity. You are responsible for activity on your account, except where we are legally responsible. We may suspend or close an account to protect you or us, to prevent fraud or to enforce these Terms. This does not affect obligations that arose before the suspension or closure.

5. Products and Product Information

We aim to describe our products accurately. However, colours, packaging, measurements and minor design details may differ slightly from the images, props shown in images are not included unless stated, and availability can change. The contents of your purchase are as described on the product page. Before buying, please check details such as size, voltage, plug type, age suitability and compatibility. Your statutory rights for faulty or unsafe goods are not affected.

6. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Adding a product to your cart does not reserve it. If a product becomes unavailable after you have paid, we will notify you and may offer an alternative (only with your agreement if it is materially different), remove the item from your order, cancel the order, or refund you to your original payment method.

7. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency you select and may change from time to time, but changes will not generally affect orders we have already accepted. The final amount, including any discounts, shipping charges, taxes and other accepted charges, is shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Currency conversion or foreign transaction fees charged by your bank are outside our control. Optional extras are charged only if they are clearly shown and you select them.

8. Pricing and Listing Errors

We take reasonable care to make sure our prices and product listings are correct, but errors can occur. If there is an obvious error, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm the correct price, offer a different product or cancel the order. If we cannot reach you, or if we notice the error before accepting your order, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We never intentionally use misleading prices.

9. Placing an Order

Before submitting your order, you can review and correct the items, quantities, delivery and billing addresses, shipping method, payment details and order total. Submitting your order is an offer to buy. The automatic order acknowledgement email does not mean your order has been accepted. A contract is formed at the earliest of: our dispatch confirmation, our express acceptance of your order, or the dispatch of the goods. If your order is sent in separate parcels, each parcel may form a separate contract.

10. Order Acceptance and Refusal

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch, for example if a product is unavailable, payment is not authorised, there is a pricing or listing error, fraud is suspected, the ordering pattern is unusual, delivery or legal restrictions apply, sanctions apply, there are safety concerns, the delivery details are incorrect, or there is a material breach of these Terms. If a paid order is cancelled, we will refund you to your original payment method. We will not cancel accepted consumer orders arbitrarily or in a discriminatory way.

11. Payment

Payment is made using the methods offered at checkout, which currently include PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Available methods may vary by location, currency, order value and fraud checks. You confirm that your payment details are accurate, that you are authorised to use the payment method, that sufficient funds are available and that the transaction is lawful. Our payment providers may carry out security checks, and orders may be delayed or cancelled if payment cannot be verified. We do not store your full card details.

12. Fraud Prevention

We may use reasonable verification checks and may ask for proportionate information for higher-risk orders, for example where we suspect payment fraud, identity theft, account misuse, chargeback abuse or unauthorised resale. If verification fails, we may refuse or cancel the order and refund any payment.

13. Shipping Origin and Fulfilment

Products are generally sourced from or fulfilled by suppliers and fulfilment centres in China and shipped directly to customers worldwide. Your contract of sale is always with Migitec Ltd, trading as Mumu Goods. To fulfil your order, we may share order information with our suppliers, fulfilment centres, YunExpress and other carriers, customs authorities and local couriers.

14. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is complete, including your name, street, apartment or unit number, city, postcode, country, phone number and email address. Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Remote areas or orders affected by customs may take 20 business days or more. Delivery times are estimates unless a guaranteed service has been agreed. Delays can be caused by customs, carriers, public holidays, peak periods, weather, incorrect information and other causes outside our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

15. Tracking

We provide tracking information after dispatch where available. Tracking may take 2–5 business days to activate, and parcels may be handed over to a local delivery provider. A pause in tracking updates does not necessarily mean a parcel is lost. Please monitor your tracking and respond to any requests from customs or the delivery company.

16. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Import VAT, customs duties, clearance fees, administration and handling fees or other charges may apply depending on your country. Any charges we collect are shown at checkout. Other charges are payable by you directly to the relevant authority or delivery provider. You are responsible for making sure the products you order can lawfully be imported, owned and used in your country. We are not responsible for delays caused by unpaid charges or import restrictions, unless they are caused by our own breach.

17. Risk and Ownership

Risk in the products passes to you when they are delivered to you, to someone you nominate, to an authorised safe place or to a collection point you accept, subject to applicable consumer law. Ownership passes to you once we have received full payment and the products have been delivered. Your rights for missing, damaged or defective goods are not affected.

18. Delivery Problems

Please contact us promptly if your order is late, an item is missing or damaged, you received the wrong product, or your address needs correcting. We may ask for your order number, tracking number, photos or videos of the packaging and product, delivery messages or confirmation of your address, and we may investigate with our supplier or carrier. Please keep the packaging until the issue is resolved. Damaged parcels should be reported within 7 days of delivery.

19. Cancellation Rights

You may have a statutory right to cancel your order without giving a reason. For UK distance sales, this is generally 14 days from the day after you receive your goods. In addition to this statutory right, our Return Policy gives you 30 days from the date you receive your order to return eligible products. This 30-day return period does not reduce your statutory rights.

20. Returns

Returns are handled under our Return Policy. You may open the packaging to inspect your product, but returned products must be unused, unassembled, complete and in resalable condition, with all accessories, manuals and included items, and in their original packaging. Please contact our customer support team before sending anything back; we will give you the return address and instructions. Do not send returns to our registered office.

21. Return Shipping Costs

Mumu Goods pays the return shipping costs for products that are damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different from their description. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays the return shipping costs. We do not charge a restocking fee. We will confirm the return address and any costs before you send the product.

22. Non-Returnable Products

The following products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, damaged by the customer or altered
  • Products with missing parts, accessories or manuals
  • Gift cards
  • Personalised or custom-made products
  • Sealed hygiene products once unsealed

These exclusions do not affect your rights for faulty, unsafe, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

23. Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse and passed inspection, we issue the refund within 3–5 business days (no later than 7 days). The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. For returns of damaged, defective or incorrect products, the original standard delivery charge is also refunded. For change-of-mind returns, original shipping fees and return shipping costs are not refunded.

24. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

Our products must meet the standards required by consumer law: they must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, as described, free from material defects and supplied with the required information. Please report any problem promptly. Depending on the situation, remedies may include a refund, repair, replacement, price reduction or another legal remedy. UK consumers may reject qualifying faulty goods for a full refund within the short-term right to reject period. Your statutory remedies are not affected.

25. Product Safety

Please follow all warnings and instructions for assembly, age suitability, use, maintenance, electrical safety and compatibility. Do not use products unlawfully, unsafely or for purposes they were not designed for. Stop using any product that appears unsafe, damaged, overheated, contaminated or defective, and let us know. We may contact you about safety instructions, corrections, product withdrawals or recalls, and we ask you to cooperate with them.

26. Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions may have their own conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions are time-limited, have no cash value, are limited to one code per order, cannot be applied to past orders, may exclude certain products, may be limited by country, customer or order value, and are subject to availability. We may withdraw or correct a promotion in the case of errors, fraud, misuse or legal reasons, but this will generally not affect orders we have already accepted.

27. Reviews and Customer Content

Any reviews, ratings, photos or comments you submit must be genuine, lawful and non-infringing, must not contain malware or unauthorised advertising, and must not reveal other people's private information. You keep ownership of your content but grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it to operate, promote and improve our business. We may moderate or remove content and are not obliged to publish everything we receive.

28. Intellectual Property

The content of our website, including text, graphics, logos, designs, software, databases, product presentations and original media, is owned by or licensed to Migitec Ltd. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. Without our written permission, you may not copy substantial parts of the website, reproduce our branding, scrape data, resell content, reverse engineer our software, interfere with the website using automated tools, create a misleading association with us, or use our intellectual property for unlawful or commercial purposes. Third-party trademarks shown on our website belong to their respective owners.

29. Acceptable Website Use

You must not use our website for unlawful purposes, place fraudulent orders, interfere with the security or operation of the website, introduce malware, attempt unauthorised access, collect other users' data, send spam, circumvent restrictions, misrepresent your identity, infringe intellectual property rights, or abuse our customer support, refund or chargeback processes. We may take appropriate action to protect our website, customers, payment providers and business.

30. Third-Party Services and Links

Payment providers, social media platforms, tracking websites, delivery companies, review platforms and other external websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their content, availability, security or practices, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. A link to a third-party website does not mean we endorse it.

31. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Interruptions may be caused by maintenance, security work, technical or hosting failures, problems with our service providers or other external events. We may change or remove website features when reasonably necessary, without affecting your rights under orders we have accepted.

32. Privacy and Cookies

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. Our website uses cookies for core functions, shopping cart management, security, analytics, personalisation and, where you have given consent, advertising. See our Privacy Policy for details.

33. Our Responsibility to Consumers

We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss is foreseeable if it was an obvious consequence of our breach or if both parties knew it might happen when the contract was made. We are not responsible for loss caused solely by incorrect information you provided, misuse, failure to follow instructions, unauthorised modifications, events outside our control or third parties not acting on our instructions. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for breach of your mandatory consumer rights, for defective products where this would be unlawful, or for any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

34. Personal and Business Use

Our products are supplied mainly for personal and domestic use. Unless agreed otherwise, we are not liable for business interruption, loss of business opportunity, loss of profits, loss of anticipated savings or resale losses, except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Business customers should contact us before ordering.

35. Events Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, war, pandemics, strikes, government or customs action, transport or carrier failures, internet outages, supplier interruptions or trade restrictions. We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect. If a delay becomes unreasonably long, you may cancel the affected order and receive an appropriate refund.

36. Complaints

If you have a complaint, please email [email protected] with your full name, order number, a description of the issue, any relevant evidence and the resolution you would like. We may ask for more information. Making a complaint does not prevent you from using any legal or regulatory remedies available to you.

37. Governing Law

These Terms and any contract made through our website are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.

38. Jurisdiction

Subject to applicable consumer law, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. Consumers living in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts. Consumers living in the EEA or other eligible jurisdictions may bring proceedings in their country of residence. Your mandatory jurisdiction rights are not affected.

39. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, features, delivery methods, legal requirements, security or business. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. Your order is governed by the version in force when you submitted it. Material changes will not reduce your rights under orders we have already accepted.

40. Transfer of Rights

We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms as part of a merger, reorganisation, sale of our business, transfer of assets or restructuring, without reducing your statutory rights. You may only transfer your rights under a contract where the law allows it or with our written consent.

41. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will stay in force.

42. No Waiver

If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms immediately, this does not waive our right to enforce it later. A waiver of one breach does not apply to any other breach.

43. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies expressly referred to in them, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of our website and your purchases. This does not exclude liability for fraud or prevent consumers from relying on information that legally forms part of the contract.

44. Electronic Communications

You agree that contract and service communications may be sent electronically, including order acknowledgements, dispatch confirmations, invoices, tracking updates, security messages, policy updates and customer support messages. We only send marketing messages where the law allows, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
